the hotel went above and beyond in serving my elderly parents, ensuring they were comfortable and had everything they needed. the ironing facilities were a lifesaver, allowing us to look our best for our outings. the heating was perfect, keeping us warm and cozy throughout our stay. the tea and coffee facilities were well stocked, providing us with a delightful beverage whenever we desired. the dining table was spacious and allowed us to enjoy meals together as a family. the washing machine was a convenient amenity that made our stay stress-free. the cookware and kitchen utensils were of high quality, making it easy for us to prepare meals. the electric kettle was a nice touch, allowing us to enjoy a hot cup of tea at any time. the flat-screen TV provided entertainment during our downtime, and the selection of nearby cafes and restaurants made dining out a breeze. I cannot recommend HOPE HOUSE enough for its exceptional service and amenities.
